EARLY DISMISSAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR GAME DAYS:

Scenario 1: If a child's guardian comes to take his/her child out early for a sport, the guardian should send a note to the Main Office with the child and when the guardian comes to get his/her child, the guardian needs to sign the child out here in the Main Office.

Scenario 2: If a child's guardian is also picking up other children that are not his/her own children, then the student being picked up needs to bring a note from their own guardian saying who will pick him/her up for the sport event. The adult picking up their own child and those that aren't their child must sign out all children in the Main Office.

*All notes should be delivered the the main office the morning of the game. You may also email Teresa Miles in the office at tcmiles@cps.edu
